Who is it for?
As part of your Management of Health & Safety at Work you must appoint a competent person as a Risk Assessor. If your business warrants it you may have more than 1; or may consider 1 person for each department. Assessing Risk is not complex; it is a mix of understanding the regulations and applying common sense. The HSE recommend that your Risk Assessors are people who work in your business. This training programme is designed to give your Risk Assessors the tools to ensure that mandatory Health & Safety regulations are adhered too and that all risk in your business is managed competently.
